Our owner, Telly Rollinger, learned first hand that balancing the demand of kids, work, home (and life in general), can be a difficult act to balance. Add a loving pet in the family picture and it can be a real juggling act to do it all.
So, Doody's was born. A name many of our customers will be more familiar with, along with our other previous names: Your Pet Stop, Doody's Dog Waste Removal and Doody's Dog Fence.
When Your Pet Stop was purchased by Doody’s in 2020, we started exploring the idea of rebranding everything under one name to better reflect the products and services we offer.
We explored many options for names, but ultimately settled on something that was meaningful to us… the name Roxi.
Roxi Rollinger, Telly's mom, was an animal lover who especially adored her golden retrievers. Like most moms, Roxi had a huge impact on Telly and was one of his biggest supporters along with his dad Gene. Sadly, Roxi passed away in 2014 after a long battle with breast cancer. As a tribute to someone who had such a big impact on where we are today, it felt right to use the name Roxi.
We know that one of the most impactful things you can do for the health and well being of your pet is to feed them natural and nutrient-rich foods. Like humans, what your pet eats has a direct impact on their health.
Our team members love what they do and the relationships they have with our customers and their pets. They have been trained to have the expertise to educate our customers on pet wellness and nutrition. They work hard to find solutions to problems that may be affecting the health and well-being of pets.

We love dogs! If your dogs are friendly they are welcome to be in the yard with us. That said, if they have any aggressive tendencies, or are escape artists, we ask that you keep in them inside for their safety and ours.
If you’re using one of our on-going service plans, you will have a scheduled service day(s). On occasion, that day(s) may temporarily be shifted to work around weather, holidays, or staffing but we try to stick to the schedule as much as possible. As for specific timing, we cannot guarantee our arrival at a certain time as our routes can fluctuate from day-to-day or week-to-week and we route them for optimal efficiency. That said, we do send a text prior to our arrival.
We recognize the following holidays and do not provide service on those days: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day. If you have a service visit scheduled on one of these holidays, we will try to reschedule your visit as our schedule allows. If our schedule doesn’t allow for rescheduling, then we will resume service on your next scheduled service visit. Please note, we do not provide refunds for service visits cancelled due to holidays due to the accumulated waste we will have to cleanup on a future visit.
We will work through most weather conditions, with some exceptions. We will not work through heavy rain, lightening, dangerous cold, or when we believe conditions are too hazardous for our service team. In addition, we do not provide service within 72 hours of receiving 1 inch or more of snow accumulations. The reason being fresh snow accumulation covers majority of the waste, so we are unable to find it. In the situations outlined here, we will skip the affected service visit and resume service on the next scheduled visit. If you would like service prior to your next scheduled visit, please contact us and we will do our best to get you scheduled, however we cannot guarantee our availability. Please note, we do not provide refunds for service visits cancelled because of inclement weather due to the accumulated waste we will have to cleanup on a future visit.
We require a valid debit or credit card on file for our service and we bill in advance for services being provided. Your account will be charged monthly on the same day your service began. For example, if your first service visit was on April 5th, then your card will be charged on the 5th of every month going forward. If your card does not go through, we will suspend service immediately until the issue has been fixed. If more than 30 days has passed since your last cleanup, a first time clean up fee will apply. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days or longer.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure we have access to the area that needs to be cleaned and that aggressive dogs are not in the yard. Many of our customers will use combination padlocks and will give us the combination so we can access the yard. If we encounter a locked gate and you’ve provided us with a means of opening it, we will lock it once we complete our service visit. You can also give us a key, garage/gate code or leave the gate unlocked. If we come to your service location and cannot access the yard due to a locked gate, obstructed gate, or a dog not allowing us in/being aggressive, we will skip that visit and try again on your next scheduled visit. If this situation occurs, we do not provide a refund for the missed visit due to the accumulated waste we will have to cleanup on a future visit
