Please read these terms of service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal services from Roxi & Co., hereinafter referred to as “we” or “company”. We will come to your service location and clean up the dog waste at whatever frequency you subscribe to (twice-a-week, weekly, every-other-week, etc.).

SIZE OF CLEANUP AREA: Unless otherwise stated, all pricing is based on a cleanup area of 1/4th of an acre or less. Larger cleanup areas are subject to an additional charge based on size.

ACCESSING YOUR YARD: It is your responsibility to make sure that we have access to the area that you need cleaned and that aggressive dogs are not in the yard. Many of our customers will use combination padlocks and will give us the combination so we can access the yard. If we encounter a locked gate and you’ve provided us with a means of opening it, we will lock it once we complete our service visit. You can also give us a key, garage/gate code or leave the gate unlocked. If we cannot access a yard due to a gate being locked, blocked, in disrepair, or obstructed with ice/snow, we will skip that visit and try again on your next scheduled visit. If a dog is out and being aggressive, we will skip that visit and try again on your next scheduled visit. If these situations occurs, we do not provide a refund for the missed visit.

LANDSCAPE ROCKS: It is extremely difficult to thoroughly clean up dog waste from landscape rocks. We will certainly do our best, but we do not provide a satisfaction guarantee for these areas.

TALL GRASS, LEAVES & DEBRIS: It can be very difficult to find dog waste in tall grass or in a yard that is full of leaves or other debris. We will certainly do our best, but we do not provide a satisfaction guarantee if this situation occurs. Additionally, for the safety of our team, if grass is longer than 10 inches tall when we arrive, we will skip that visit and try again on your next scheduled visit. If this situation occurs, we do not provide a refund for the missed visit due to the accumulated waste we will have to cleanup on a future visit.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will work through most weather conditions, with some exceptions. We will not work through heavy rain, lightening, dangerous heat/cold, or when we believe conditions are too hazardous for our service team. In addition, we do not provide service within 48 hours of receiving 1 inch or more of snow accumulations. The reason being fresh snow accumulation covers majority of the waste, so we are unable to find it. In the situations outlined here, we will skip the affected service visit and resume service on the next scheduled visit. If you would like service prior to your next scheduled visit, please contact us and we will do our best to get you scheduled, however we cannot guarantee our availability. Please note, we do not provide refunds for service visits cancelled due to inclement weather due to the accumulated waste we will have to cleanup on a future visit.

HOLIDAYS: We recognize the following holidays and do not provide service on those days: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day. If you have a service visit scheduled on one of these holidays, we will try to reschedule your visit as our schedule allows. If our schedule doesn’t allow for rescheduling, then we will resume service on your next scheduled service visit. Please note, we do not provide refunds for service visits cancelled due to holidays due to the accumulated waste we will have to cleanup on a future visit.

BILLING – We require a valid debit or credit card on file for our service and we bill in advance for services being provided. Your account will be charged monthly on the same day your service began. For example, if your first service visit was on April 5th, then your card will be charged on the 5th of every month going forward. If your card does not go through, we will suspend service immediately until the issue has been fixed. If more than 30 days has passed since your last cleanup, a first time clean up fee will apply. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days or longer.

PRIVACY POLICY - Your information is for the use of Roxi & Co. only. We will never sell your information or provide it to third parties.

REVISIONS - We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. We recommend checking this page periodically to take notice of any changes.

ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS:
By signing up for service, you agree and understand that Roxi & Co.'s dog waste removal service is a prepaid monthly subscription service. You acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for missed service visits due to inclement weather, hazardous conditions, holidays, or inaccessible yards due to gate(s) being locked or dog(s) not allowing us in.

You agree and understand that our standard pricing is for a cleanup area at, or below, 1/4th of an acre

You agree that, if applicable, initial cleanups will be charged upon completion. For our regularly scheduled service plans (twice-a-week, weekly, and every-other-week) your prepaid monthly service subscription fee will be charged when your first service visit occurs.
